Jill and Dixie worked in the Welsh General Store and had a wonderful time

selling Welsh Ancestry History Books, T-shirts and other souvenirs.. It was fun to see a lot of old friends and acquaintances and meeting new people that came from all over the U. S. --even some from Wales. For more information on the festival go to welshfestival.com

Our white vinyl fence Project

Wow.. what a BIG project... First the old fence had be torn down.. the holes dug (don't hit any utility or water lines!!) and everything had to be measured and setting perfect....Cement poured in the holes...........everyone worked hard in the HOT sun!

All that hard work paid off!! We LOVE our new fence..

A big THANKS to everyone who helped with our fence.. Don..Vic (thanks for staying those extra days!) Kevin, Casey, Tony, Chesley, Shelly, Heather, (Heidi and Mom for cooking good meals and making sure we had ice cold drinks!)

Our Salsa Garden and More!

Everyone pitched into help get the dirt ready
and then we had fun planting the tomatoes,
onions, peppers, jalepenos and seeds like
beans, peas, carrots, beets and pumpkins
We even had room to plant potatoes! We are
going to have a lovely garden :)
